Q. How can I support my child through the program?

A. Every entrepreneurial endeavour starts with a great idea. Parents, family
members and friends can all help the child brainstorm or workshop ideas. We hear
great stories all the time of family members making their own products or being
entrepreneurial, so feel free to reach out to your network to help your child, as these
connections can be a great source of knowledge and information.

Q. Does my child need to complete all the Future Founder’s modules to move to Shark Tank?

A. No, but we strongly encourage that they do, or that they complete to the protype
module prior to the Shark Tank. This will prepare them well for the experience and
familiarise them with the questions they will likely receive from the Young Eyes
Industry ‘Sharks’.

Q. What should my child do in preparation for the Shark Tank?

A. Ensuring they also complete the second pitch practice module will prepare them
well. Encouraging them to practice their pitch in front of others including family and
friends is also advised. Where possible, encourage others to ask them questions
about their pitch, as this will prepare them for the question-and-answer aspect of the
Shark Tank.

Q. What do we need to do if we have any technical issues or have questions on the program?

A. Simply send an email to support@youngeyes.co with details of the issue. We are
happy to help and will respond promptly. For additional feedback regarding the program please email hello@youngeyes.co.
